Welcome!   

Counseling can be one of the most productive tools of self-improvement and relational health. It all starts with getting to know yourself and the patterns that get in your way. You already have many strengths and capabilities that we can build on to help you handle the stress of daily living while we also work to heal the effects of trauma, shame, and unhealthy learned beliefs/behaviors. 

You deserve support from someone who gets it.  

I have tailored expertise and personal experience as a queer, non-binary, neurodivergent, trauma survivor that help me understand more of the nuances of your experiences. But I also know that my experience is not yours so can help you identify your own pathways to healing. I'll be curious about the uniqueness of your experiences, perspectives, and identities while keeping my biases in check.

Transformation and empowerment are possible. 

Together, we will walk a path towards empowerment, resilience, and a strong connection with your most authentic and whole self. Your story is important and it is in your power to shape and direct it. As you strengthen your internal relationship to self, your direction forward will become more clear and liberated.
