Counseling can be one of the most productive tools of self-improvement and relational health. It all starts with being able to identify and address the patterns that are getting in your way. While we prioritize your goals and daily functioning, we will leverage your strengths and unique capabilities to heal the effects of trauma, shame, and systemic/relational harm.
You deserve support from someone who gets it.
I have specialized expertise and lived experience to be an effective ally on your journey. As a queer, non-binary, neurodivergent trauma survivor, I'll be able to understand some of the nuances of your experiences and as a white, able-bodied, masculine-presenting person, I'll be curious about the uniqueness of your experiences, perspective, and identities while keeping my biases in check.
Transformation and empowerment are possible.
Together, we will walk a path towards empowerment, resilience, and a strong connection with yourself. Your story is important and is in your power to shape and direct. As you strengthen your internal relationship to self, your direction forward will also become more clear.
